From Taksim Square to Mongeri Art

Walking from Taksim Square to Mongeri Art building is an interesting route to explore north of Taksim square. On the way you will see Istanbul Radio Building, Military Museum, Ataturk’s house and finaly Mongeri Art Building.

Mongeri Art building is open only weekdays till 17.00 When you go there you will be amazed with kinetic sculptures of Server Demirtaş, a Turkish artist. Especially the horse sculpture is amazing!

The historical Mongeri Building, a monument by the Italian architect Giulio Mongeri, who was a prominent architect in the Republican Era architecture in Turkey, serves as the headquarters of Bozlu Art Project.
