This place is in Eminönü and one of the secrets of Istanbul. They are making doner since 1961 and really good in doner. Also they have a very good “Ayran” Ayran is something made from yoghurt. It is like nationalt drink of Turkey.
Go to Kılıçlar door of GrandBazaar entrance and ask anybody Zümrüt Büfe. So easy.
